I'm a brand new teacher. How do I create an account?
A: Contact your Region Executive Secretary. They will work with TexasMusicForms.com to set up a user account for you.
I've forgotten my log in/user name. Should I create a new account?
A: NO! Having duplicate accounts leads to issues with entries. Contact your Region Executive Secretary - they can look up your user name for you so that you can log into your account.
I am moving to another school within the Region. What do I do?
A: Accounts are tied to a specific person and school, so you need a new account. Contact your Region Executive Secretary to create a new account for you tied to the new school.
I am moving to another school in another Region. What should I do?
A: Accounts are tied to a specific person and school, so you need a new account. Contact the Region Executive Secretary in your new region to create a new account for you tied to the new school.
I teach at two different schools. Do I need two different accounts?
A: Yes. You should have one account for each school to make sure the all entry records are displayed with the correct school.
I teach groups from the same school that go to contests in different regions. What should I do?
A: Work with your Region Executive Secretary to add an alternate region to your account. This will allow you to access the correct events in your home region and your alternate region.
My coworker can't get into their account. Can I create their entries for them?
A: NO! Entries are tied to the director who enters them. This cannot be changed so your name would always be attached to that entry. The only way to undo it is to delete the entry and have the correct director enter it. This might not be an option if the deadline for entering an event has passed.
What do I do if I don't know my TEA number?
A: Contact your Region Executive Secretary
Can I enter my home address on my profile?
A: No, you should not enter your home address in your profile. You should enter the address of the school the account is for
Why isn't my entry showing up in Area Band?
A: Do you have the correct Region and Performance Conference set on your director profile? If not, contact your Region Executive Secretary to update that in your account and re-enter your students.
