  1. I'm a brand new teacher. How do I create an account?

    A: Contact your Regional Secretary. They will work with TexasMusicForms.com to set up a user account for you.

  2. I've forgotten my log in/user name. Should I create a new account?

    A: NO! Having duplicate accounts leads to issues with entries. Contact your Regional Secretary - they can look up your user name for you so that you can log into your account.

  3. I am moving to another school within the Region. What do I do?

    A: You will have to have a new account created. You SHOULD NOT change the information on your current profile. Doing so can negatively impact the record of your entries.

  4. I am moving to another school in another Region. What should I do?

    A: You will have to have a new account created. You SHOULD NOT change the information on your current profile. Doing so can negatively impact the record of your entries.

  5. I teach at two different schools. Do I need two different accounts?

    A: Yes. You should have one account for each school to make sure the student entry records are displayed with the correct school.

  6. I teach groups from the same school that go to contests in different regions. What should I do?

    A: Work with your Regional Secretary to create a separate account for each group/region to make sure the student entry records are displayed with the correct school.

  7. My coworker can't get into their account. Can I create their entries for them?

    A: NO! Entries are tied to the director who enters them. This cannot be changed so your name would always be attached to that entry. The only way to undo it is to delete the entry and have the correct director enter it. This might not be an option if the deadline for entering an event has passed.

  8. What do I do if I don't know my TEA number?

    A: Contact your Regional Secretary

  9. Can I enter my home address on my profile?

    A: No, you should not enter your home address in your profile. You should enter the address of the school the account is for

  10. Why isn't my entry showing up in Area Band?

    A: Do you have the correct Region and Performance Conference set on our director profile? If not, you will need to update that and re-enter your students.
