Managing your profile

Your profile contains all of the pertinent information about you and the school program you are a part of. You will want to make sure this information is kept up to date if there are changes to your program.

NOTE: IF YOU MOVE TO ANOTHER PROGRAM, YOU NEED TO HAVE A NEW PROFILE CREATED. Do not update your existing profile to your new program's information as that will impact any entries you've taken to competitions in your current school. Those previous records cannot be fixed.

NOTE: DO NOT ENTER STUDENTS FOR ANOTHER DIRECTOR.  If a director creates an entry from his/her own profile, the system puts that director as the primary conductor of the group, and this cannot be undone. You would need to delete the entry and the correct director would have to enter it.

Your profile includes:

  1. Your full name
  2. The Division you are director for. Ex: Band, Choir or Orchestra.

NOTE: IF YOUR DIVISION IS NOT CORRECT IN YOUR PROFILE, CONTACT YOUR REGION SECRETARY IMMEDIATELY TO HAVE IT CORRECTED. HAVING THE WRONG DIVISION ON YOUR PROFILE WILL PREVENT YOU FROM SEEING THE CONTEST EVENTS FOR YOUR DIVISION

  3. The name of the school you are director at
  4. Your email - it is important to keep this up to date so that others may reach you if necessary
  5. Address - this is the address of your school; NOT your home address or any other address.
  6. Phone - you can enter the phone number that is best to reach you at here; whether that is your cell or office phone.

*Entering your cell phone makes it easy for your Regional Secretary to send text messages to you during competitions when there are last minute changes.

  7. Official Texas Region - it is very important that you have the correct region selected. Having the wrong region selected will prevent you from seeing the contest events for your region.
  8. Performance Conference - it is very important that you have the correct conference selected. Having the wrong conference selected will prevent you from seeing the contest events for your conference.

NOTE; IF YOU ARE UNSURE WHAT YOUR REGION AND/OR PERFORMANCE CONFERENCE IS, CONTACT YOUR REGIONAL SECRETARY FOR ASSISTANCE.
