UIL Regional Event: Form 3 Twirling

The Form 3 Twirling form is the entry form to participate in UIL Twirling Events. The events are set up by the Region Executive Secretaries and are specific to your Region and Conference.

⚠️ NOTE: You must ensure that the Region and Performance Conference listed in your Profile are correct. If these are incorrect, your students may be entered in the wrong events, and it could affect their advancement to the TSSEC for Twirling. If you notice incorrect information, contact your Region Executive Secretary immediately to have it corrected.

To fill out the form:

  1. Click the Form 3 tab on the left-hand side of the page

  2. The T.E.A. Code should auto-populate when you click the button, but if not, you will need to fill it in. The Texas Education Agency (T.E.A.) code is mandatory. If you are not sure what your TEA code is, check with your Regional Secretary or look it up here. Don't guess at this, as it could negatively impact your entries.

  3. Select your event from the drop-down. Event names contain the event date, entry deadline (date at which late fees will be applied), and final deadline (date that no more entries may be made).

  4. Select the Twirling Event from the drop-down

  5. Select the class the students will be participating in

  6. Enter the student(s).
    1. Enter your performing students in alphabetical order (last name, first name) with their grade each on a separate line in parentheses as in the example below (use the enter or return key).
    2. You can prepare your list in another program, then copy and paste it into this box.

  7. To submit your entry:
    1. Click the blue "Submit & Print Later" button to submit your entry and print your rating sheet at a later time. (Directions on how to print your entries at a later time can be found here.)

    2. Click the green "Submit & View Now" button.

NOTE: Either option submits your entry to the Regional Secretary

  8. If you click the "Submit & View Now" button, the rating sheet will open in a new tab.
