Printing Schedule for UIL Events

Print Schedule:

Click on the event type - Solo & Ensemble or C & SR.

Find the contest and click on the icon that looks like a clock.

FOR SOLO & ENSEMBLE

If working on Solo & Ensemble, the next screen will ask you to select "Use Fixed Time Scheduler" or "Use Block/Grid Scheduler," with a box to choose which you prefer for future contests.

 The next screen will ask you to "Select Event Group From List" and will provide a drop down with your choices.

Click on View Schedule

You cannot print it all at once, but click on the room and print out three copies of the room.

1. For the door
2. For the judge,
3. For a public area. 

To print, right-click and print to a PDF.

There is a printer icon at the top of the page, but it prints the rating sheets for the judge in performance order.

FOR C & SR

If working on C & SR, the system will pull up a list of entries. You can add a sequence number or a specific time that the groups should be performing, and then click the schedule button at the bottom of the page.

Once you hit schedule, it will put the entries in order based on the information you added. Click on "Print Version" at the top of the screen and you will get a clean copy to print.
