Do I owe TSSEC fees for my program?

Are you checking on the status of your TSSEC invoice payment? You can view the current status directly in your account.


To see if a payment has been made on your TSSEC invoice for the current year:


  1. Log in to your director account at texasmusicforms.com.
  2. Click the TSSEC tab on the bottom right.

  3. Click on the Payment History tile to view all payments made to your account. The page will display the dates of payment, method(s) of payment, and the corresponding school year for each payment.


  1. Alternatively, click on the Participation Invoice to open the invoice and check its payment status.

To see if you still owe on your TSSEC invoice from a previous year:


If you have eligible students for TSSEC but do not see the "TSSEC Enter Students" button on your dashboard, your account may be blocked due to unpaid fees from a previous TSSEC event.

Where can I get a W-9

If you need a W-9, click the "W-9" button on your TSSEC invoice. This will open the W-9 in a new tab, and you can print or download it from there.
