How can I see my schedule for TSSEC

Each year, the State Office posts when the schedule will be available. It is posted with all of the other pertinent dates for TSSEC. This is an example:

TSSEC Information for 2026

April 1 at 6:00 AM (Wednesday) through April 15 (Wednesday): Registration open for state-qualifying solos & small ensembles.

April 16 through May 1: Late registration open for state-qualifying solos & small ensembles. Additional fees apply. No entries will be accepted after May 1.

April 21: Master schedule released.

May 11: Last day to update ensemble members, update music performed, and cancel entries (DNAs).

Once the posted date is reached, directors can see their schedules by:

  1. Log in to your account at texasmusicforms.com.
  2. Click on the TSSEC tab.

  3. Click the "View Schedule tile". This will open a new window that will show you the schedule and will also give you an option to print it.
