Where can I see my TSSEC scores and comment sheets?

There are two places you can see participant scores from TSSEC. However, only Directors can access comment sheets. Scores and comment sheets are available as soon as the Judge submits them.

Directors can access comments sheets by:

  1. Log into account
  2. Click the TSSEC Enter Students tab on the left

  3. Click the "Mobile Ratings & Sched" tile - this will display all of the participants, their scores and any comments.

  4. To print these for participants, click the "Sheets" tile. This will open a new tab which will allow all of the sheets to be printed.

NOTE: These sheets are only available until UIL closes the school year (usually mid-July). After that, the sheets are no longer available via the portal, so sheets should be printed as soon as possible after the event concludes.

There is also a public portal where anyone can view scores. To access:

  1. From TEXASMUSICFORMS.COM click the Results tile

  2. Click the TSSEC tile on the State Music Contest Results Reports page

  3. Select the school year and the name of the school. As you type, a list of schools will be presented. As you enter more letters, the list will narrow down. When you see the school you wish to view, select it from the list. The screen will then display all the results for the school program for that year.

NOTE: This will only display the scores given and show if a participant achieved Outstanding Performer. Outstanding Performer is usually not posted for 7-10 days after the event, so you may need to check back several times until the State Office posts those results. This data SHOULD NOT be used as an official record. To verify accuracy of data or a copy of the official record, print from the director account or contact the Regional Secretary.
