Choral Sight-Reading Copies to Buy - beta

The Choir Sight-Reading Copies to Buy - beta report is used to show Executive Secretaries how many copies of music they need to buy to provide for the number of students participating in the C&SR contest. This report looks at all entries made by directors in a region by event, and matches the fields in the entries to the Choir Sight Reading selections for:

1. Level

2. Voicing

3. Class

4. Conference

When the system has found all entries that meet the criteria for that event in the Region, it adds up the number of students for all the entries to populate the Choir Sight-Reading copies to buy report. An example of the report looks like this
