Set Initial Password or Reset Password

If, as a director you are setting your initial password or need to reset your password:

Click the tile for Director Sign in

Click Recover Username/Passwords

Enter your username

Click Send Code

You will be sent a code to your email

Once you receive the code enter your user name

Click I already have a code

This will open a new page

Enter the reset code

Enter the new password

Confirm the new password

Click Reset

or if you have made a mistake click Start Over


If you don't see your password email in your inbox, check your spam folder. Or, you may need to work with your program IT department to whitelist our emails.
