Setting a Password for a New Director Account
Once your Regional Secretary has created your account in Texas Music Forms, you will receive an email containing your new username and a link to reset your password.

- Click the link in the email and enter the username provided in the appropriate field. Select "Send Code" when finished. This will prompt the system to send a password reset code to your email.


- Check your email for the password reset code.

- Enter the reset code along with your new password, then select "Reset."

- A confirmation message will appear once your password has been successfully saved.

Password Reset for Existing Accounts
To reset the password for an existing Texas Music Forms Director account, begin by selecting the Directors Tile.
- Click "Recover Username/Password."

- Enter your username and click "Send Code." This will prompt the system to send a password reset code to your email.


Check your email for the password reset code.

Enter the reset code along with your new password, then select "Reset."
You can select "Start Over" if you need to make corrections.

A confirmation message will appear once your password has been successfully saved.

I Did Not Receive A Confirmation Code
The password reset code will be sent from tmfemailsender@texasmusicforms.com
If you do not see the email in your inbox, please check your spam or junk folder.
If you do not find the email in your junk folder contact your program’s IT department to ensure this email address is whitelisted/marked as a safe sender.

Username Recovery
If you do not remember your username, select the red box and enter the email address associated with you Texas Music Forms account.
