Set Initial Password or Reset Password

If, as a director, you are setting your initial password or need to reset your password:

Click the tile "Directors"

Click "Recover Username/Passwords."

Enter your username, then,

Click "Send Code."

You will be sent a code to your email.

Enter the reset code.

Enter the new password and confirm the new password.

Click "Reset," or, if you have made a mistake, click "Start Over."

If you don't see your password email in your inbox, do the following:

1) check your spam folder, or

2) you may need to work with your program IT department to whitelist UIL Forms emails.

The UIL Forms email is: support@uilforms.com.

The sender name is TEXASMUSICFORMS Support and the account name is Texas Music Forms Support.
