ISP Restriction Issues

If all password reset steps have been completed and the director is still unable to access their account, please ask them to provide a personal (non-school) email address.

Update their record by replacing the school email with the personal email. This can help bypass school ISP restrictions that may be blocking delivery of the password reset email..
