Help a director set an initial password or reset a password
Directors can contact their Region Executive Secretary or email support@gocuttime.com for help with setting or resetting their password. The steps they need to follow are outlined below. This information is also available in the Help Guide under the "Directors" section.
If, as a director, you are setting your initial password or need to reset your password:
Click the tile for Director
Click Recover Username/Passwords
Enter your username and click Send Code
The following page appears
You will be sent a code to your email
Enter the reset code
Enter the new password
Confirm the new password
Click Reset, or if you have made a mistake, click Start Over
If you don't see your password email in your inbox, check your spam folder. Or, you may need to work with your program's IT department to whitelist our emails.

If all steps have been followed and the director still cannot access their account, ask them to send you a personal (non-school) email address. Replace their school email with this personal address in their record. This helps bypass school ISP restrictions that may be blocking the password reset email.
