Help a director set an initial password or reset a password

Directors may contact their Regional Secretaries for assistance in setting their initial password or resetting their password. Here are the steps they would need to follow. This article also exists in the help guide under the section for directors.


If, as a director, you are setting your initial password or have forgotten your password and need to reset it:

Click the tile for Director Sign in

Click Recover Username/Passwords

Enter your username

Click Send Code

You will be sent a code to your email

Once you receive the code enter your user name

Click I already have a code

This will open a new page

Enter the reset code

Enter the new password

Confirm the new password

Click Reset

or if you have made a mistake click Start Over
