Providing A New Director Their Username

When a new director account is created, there are two ways the username can be shared with them.

The simplest method is for the Region Executive Secretary to email it directly upon account creation. After setting up the account, you can send the following message:

Subject: Your CutTime Account Information

Your username is jdoehso.

Visit texasmusicforms.com, click the red "Directors" box, and use the "Recover Username/Password" function to set your password.

If you don’t receive the password reset email within a few minutes, your school’s ISP may be blocking it. In that case, please contact support@gocuttime.com for assistance.

OR

The director can follow these steps to get their username:

1. Go to TexasMusicForms.com

2. Click the red tile for Director login

   

3. Click the Recover Username/Password button

   

4. Click the "I don't know my user name" button

   

5. This will open a new page where the director can enter the email that was used to create the director account

6. Click the "Get Username and Password" button

   

7. This will send an email with the Username to the director.
